Macarons are a small round cake with a meringue-like consistency, made with egg whites, sugar, and powdered almonds and consisting of two halves sandwiching a creamy filling.

  • macarons: sugar, powdered sugar, almond flour, egg whites, water, icing color (corn syrup, sugar, glycerin, water, modified food starch, agar gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium citrate, FD&C blue #1, FD&C red #3, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C yellow #6).

  • Lemon filling: 

    • Icing: butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt. 

    • Lemon curd: butter, lemons (juice and zest), sugar, eggs, corn starch, salt. 

  • Chocolate filling: 

    • Icing; powdered sugar, butter, cocoa powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt. 

  • Strawberry filling: 

    • Icing: powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, salt. 

    • Strawberry jam: strawberries, sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid. 

  • Carrot cake filling: 

    • Icing: powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, salt. 

    • Carrot Cake: flour, brown sugar, vegetable oil, sugar, carrots, eggs, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, ground ginger, salt. 

  • Apricot filling: 

    • Icing: butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt. 

    • Apricot jam: fruit syrup, apricots, lemon juice concentrate, fruit pectin.
